“You make a living by what you get, but you make a life by what you give.” For every sale I make, I donate a portion of the proceeds to a charity close to my heart, the Austin Humane Society.
AHS is the city’s largest no kill, non-profit animal adoption shelter dedicated to saving Austin’s homeless cats and dogs and educating our community about responsible pet ownership and reducing pet overpopulation. AHS is a fantastic organization and supports a very worthy cause. They often take overflow from other shelters (such as Town Lake) to save lives. They welcome volunteers, who are an essential part of their operations. I donate a portion of the proceeds from each sale directly to the Austin Humane Society. American Cancer Society
Coldwell Banker United has exceeded $1 million in contributions to the American Cancer Society since we began supporting the charity five years ago. In May of 2007, Coldwell Banker was presented with the American Cancer Society’s corporate philanthropy award for its $1 million fundraising achievement. www.cancer.org

For decades, Coldwell Banker franchised offices have donated countless dollars and hours of labor to Habitat for Humanity. In 2006, Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC and its franchisees participated in a “100 Habitat for Humanity® homes” program to celebrate the Coldwell Banker organization's 100th birthday. This nationwide effort raised more than $6 million to sponsor more than 130 home builds. Coldwell Banker continues its support in 2008 and beyond with the Coldwell Banker Homes for Habitat program.
